CRS Announces Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Country Radio Mentorship in Partnership with MIW

(Nashville, Tennessee - March 18, 2024)  Country Radio Seminar (CRS) is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW). This partnership introduces a groundbreaking mentorship initiative titled "Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Country Radio." Aimed at fostering the development and leadership skills of women in the industry, this program underscores both organizations' dedication to promoting female empowerment in radio broadcasting.

The innovative mentorship scheme is meticulously designed to offer a comprehensive year-long journey of growth for its participants. Beneficiaries will gain unparalleled access to industry leaders, benefiting from personalized advice, extensive networking opportunities, and a unique chance to enhance their careers in management and leadership roles within the country radio sector. Additionally, the program includes an exclusive invitation to attend the 2025 Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, offering further professional development and networking opportunities.

The mentorship is available to one woman currently employed full-time at a country radio station within the United States who has been in the business for at least 5 years. Applications are open now and are being accepted HERE through March 22, 2024.
