Country Radio Seminar’s 50th Anniversary Concludes, Special Moments Live On

(NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Feb. 19, 2019) – Country radio’s biggest event of the year, Country Radio Seminar (CRS) concluded on Friday, Feb. 15th in downtown Nashville, Tenn with a 10 percentincrease in attendance, compared to CRS 2018.  This year marked the 50th Anniversary of the conference and it was without a doubt one of the most memorable events in the history of the three-day seminar.

Many talked-about performances, panels, workshops, and breakfasts featuring some of the industry’s most knowledgeable, influential and inspiring leaders took place and many of the highly anticipated events returned, including Bob Kingsley’s Acoustic AlleyTeam UMG at The RymanBig Machine Label Group’s Luncheon Show, the annual New Faces of Country Music® Show and Dinner, and Amazon Music Presents: “Country Heat” at CRS featuring the Radio Ink Best Country PD Awards.  New events were also added including Warner Music Nashville’s Opening Day Luncheon and a special performance by six-time CMA and ACM Entertainer of the Year, Garth Brooks where he recreated his history-making one-man show in an intimate concert setting at Bridgestone Arena exclusively for CRS 2019 badge holders. 

The event will return in 2020 as Country Radio Seminar has released the dates for the 3-day event, set for Feb. 19-212020. Registration for next year's event will open later this year.
